Drivelaar is a technology platform, not a government agency, DMV authority, legal advisor, or insurance provider. We provide informational and reminder-based tools only.

Drivelaar does NOT guarantee accuracy of deadlines, delivery of notifications, or compliance with laws. Users must verify all information with official sources.

You agree to provide accurate data, maintain account security, verify compliance independently, and use the app lawfully.

You may not use the app for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, misuse driver or DMV-related data, or violate DPPA or privacy laws.

Users agree that any motor vehicle data submitted is lawful, required consent has been obtained, and data will not be misused. Drivelaar reserves the right to suspend accounts violating DPPA.

All rights belong to Drivelaar and Laaref Technology. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Some features may require payment. Fees are disclosed before purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Drivelaar is not liable for missed deadlines, fines, penalties, lost data or profits. Maximum liability: Greater of $100 or amount paid in last 12 months.

Users agree to protect Drivelaar from claims arising from misuse of the app, legal violations, or submitted data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Terms, legal risks, or abuse of platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York. All disputes shall be resolved in New York County courts.

We may update Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
